In my clinical practice, I evaluate and diagnose the full spectrum of hematopathology cases, including those involving lymph nodes, bone marrow and extramedullary/nonnodal tissues involved by hematologic malignancies. I am also proficient at flow cytometry, having gained clinical proficiency in this area and used this modality extensively in my basic and translational research endeavors to identify and characterize novel populations of human innate lymphoid cell developmental intermediates. Having had the great opportunity to work and train in a fellowship program with numerous consult cases (i.e., at Stanford University), and now having gained experience as a faculty attending physician on our busy hematopathology service at Ohio State, I welcome challenging cases from both community practice and academic settings that may benefit from evaluation in consultation.
