Dr. Sheena Alphones holds PDCC Fellowship in Oncopathology from Tata Medical Centre (2020), MD, DNB (Pathology) and a Diploma from the Royal College of Pathologists, London (2021).
She has eight years of experience with clinical focus on Oncopathology including Lungs, Bone and soft‑tissue, Head & Neck, Gastrointestinal, Pediatric, Breast, and Genital cancers, with proficiency in frozen‑section diagnoses, guided biopsies, cytology and meticulous grossing of complex surgical specimens.
She previously was a Consultant Histopathologist at Nanavati Max Super‑Speciality Hospital, Mumbai (2022-2025), & has also worked at Sion Hospital.
She also has authored multiple publications in PubMed‑indexed journals, presented as speaker in major conferences including at Tata Medical Center and Association of Bone and Soft tissue Pathologists.
